I have a house built in 1920 in Ensley Highlands and I am pretty sure it should be historical designation. How do I find out the history on the house and apply for historical designation. This home will be restored over the next two months. Thank you for you time and I look forward to talking with you further on this issue. My direct number is (205) 572-2130.
